UCLA The Den is the student section made up of current UCLA student fans who enthusiastically support UCLA Athletics. UCLA students can join The Den by purchasing a Den Pass, or by applying for one of their positions within the club.

UCLA basketball head coach
Mick Cronin is the UCLA Basketball head coach for the men’s team, officially titled the Michael Price Family UCLA Men’s Head Basketball coach. For the women’s team, the UCLA Basketball head coach is Cori Close, officially titled The Michael Price Family UCLA Women's Head Basketball coach.
Westside Pavilion
From a shopping mall to a university research center
On Jan. 3, 2024, UCLA Newsroom announced that UCLA was set to transform the Westside Pavilion Mall into the UCLA Research Park as a part of the 2023-2028 Strategic Plan to help strengthen the university's ties to the city. Former UCLA Chancellor Gene Block issued an announcement further endorsing the plans to expand UCLA, including other projects like the South Bay campus. Observing Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month

According to National Hispanic Heritage Month.gov, the month recognizes the history and accomplishments of those with ancestry from Spain, Mexico, Central and South America and the Caribbean. UCLA Trust Building
UCLA’s new downtown Los Angeles hub
The UCLA Trust Building, also called the UCLA Downtown property, was acquired in June 2023 as part of a larger series of acquisitions strengthening UCLA’s ties to the Los Angeles area. According to a UCLA Newsroom article, the Trust Building will house 31 new programs, which are slated to begin operating in 2024 and 2025.
