Observing Indigenous Peoples’ Day
Indigenous Peoples’ Day is an observed holiday that occurs annually on the second Monday of October and recognizes the Indigenous peoples as well as their histories. Though formerly known as Columbus Day for Christopher Columbus’ voyage to the Americas, the day is commemorated now towards the Indigenous peoples and their cultures and accomplishments. UCLA Women's Basketball roster
The UCLA Women’s Basketball roster, for the 2024-2025 season, consists of 13 athletes. There are six forwards, six guards and one center.
Gmail UCLA
A Bruin’s Gmail UCLA is their UCLA logon ID followed by the tag @ucla.edu or @g.ucla.edu. Both emails are functionally identical; the main difference is that the Gmail ending in @g.ucla.edu is directly connected to Google services while the @ucla.edu one is not.

UCLA Janss Steps
A history of the steps’ name
UCLA Janss Steps, formally known as Tongva Steps, are the famous 87-step stairs located in the heart of campus. The steps connect the Wilson Plaza area to the Dickson Plaza area, where Royce Hall, Powell Library and the other two original buildings of UCLA are located.
Fashion week
At UCLA, where students express their style both on campus and through clubs such as Fashion and Student Trends (FAST), the excitement for fashion week is undeniable. FAST was UCLA’s first fashion club, founded in 2001.

Westwood LA, also referred to as Westwood Village or simply Westwood, is a neighborhood in Los Angeles. It is also home to the UCLA campus, a wide selection of restaurants, shopping and more.
